Welcome to FoundLux Terminal Pro. By accessing our website and using the simulation tools you agree to the following terms of use.
1. Pure simulation and demo operation (paper trading)
All trading bots offered on FoundLux Terminal Pro (Grid, DCA, Confluence Engine, Scout Engine, Donchian Channel, Quorum Engine, Trend Guard) are pure simulations (paper trading). At no point is real money or real crypto assets used, transferred or put at risk. The demo balance of 10,000 USDT has no real monetary value.
2. Intellectual property and version control
All algorithms, source code in the frontend and backend and the entire UI design are the intellectual property of FoundLux. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
3. System stability and prohibition of misuse
It is strictly prohibited to direct automated requests at our API endpoints and interfaces that go beyond normal use and artificially increase the server load. In case of misuse, access will be blocked permanently.
4. Disclaimer
We accept no liability whatsoever for the accuracy of the simulated live prices, the generated backtest statistics or for outages of the daemons. Use of the platform serves exclusively education and training purposes.
5. Residence and sanctions
FoundLux may only be registered for and used by people whose current registered residence is not in a country on which the European Union has imposed sanctions affecting such services — currently in particular Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran and Syria — nor in the regions of Ukraine occupied by Russia (Crimea, Sevastopol and the occupied parts of the Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions).
When registering, you state your country of residence and confirm that this information is correct; we store it together with the time and IP address. If you move your residence to one of these countries or regions, you may no longer use FoundLux and must let us know. In the case of false information or reasonable suspicion, we block access.
The translations of the website — including into Russian — are meant for people who live outside these countries and regions.
