1. Server logs and system activities

Our systems automatically register every visit to the website and log temporary connection data (IP address, date/time of access, browser type, pages loaded). This serves exclusively IT security, rate limiting and ensuring stable terminal operation.

2. Demo account and bot storage

To operate your demo account we store the virtual bots you configure (`demo_bots`) and your simulated trading history (`demo_trades`) persistently in our secured database. This data is purely virtual and is never passed on to third parties.

3. Email communication and PHPMailer

If you register for beta access or request a password reset, we send you system-generated emails through our integrated mailer. Your email address is used exclusively for these service purposes and is not misused for advertising.
